If I am denied access based on background screening requirements employment could be terminated.

As part of your employment with Dow Construction, Inc. and/or D&D Millwork you will need to be approved for a “Rapid Gate” base pass. It costs the company $159.00 for each employee to be submitted for a “Rapid Gate” base pass, if I am denied for the “Rapid Gate” pass due to any required criminal and/or background screenings I will reimburse Dow Construction, Inc. and/or D&D Millwork for the $159.00 through payroll deduction and my employment will be terminated due to lack of full disclosure and /or falsifying documentation.
